Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of the purchase. Returns that have been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. We cannot be held responsible for any missing returns or items damaged whilst in transit.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at mailto:info@itsmeperfume.com. If your refund request is accepted, we’ll send you a return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We endeavor to process refunds as soon as we receive them, but please allow 5 working days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once it is processed.

 

DAMAGE AND OTHER ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know whether the refund is approved or not. If it’s approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Any return delivery costs incurred by you when returning products are neither reimbursable nor refundable.
